CFSA




MITACC conducted Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) training for forty(40) CFSA personnel.

VA




MITACC provided Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), level II certification training, to a total of one hundred and twenty (120) VA personnel. This training is required by the Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting Officer's Representative (FAC-COR) program for all VA personnel appointed as COR's. This is a federal certification that provides evidence that a VA employee has met core training and experience requirements to perform COR functions.

MITACC provided Statement of Work writing training to thirty-five(35) CMS's personnel. As required by the FAC-COR program for continued development of essential business and technical competencies, CMS appointed COR's are required to take additional acquisition related training.

USAID

MITACC provided (CON120)- Mission Focus Contracting training, for level I certification training, to twenty (20) USAID new Contracting Officers. This training is required by the Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting(FAC-C) program for all USAID Contracting personnel prior to receiving a Contracting Officer's warrant. This is a federal certification that provides evidence that a USAID Contracting Officer (CO) has met core training requirements to perform CO functions.

MITACC provided level II Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification training, to twenty-five (25) Federal Rail Road Administration(FRA)personnel. This training is required by the Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR) program for all FRA personnel appointed as COR's. This is a federal certification that provides evidence that a FRA personnel has met core training requirements to perform COR duties.

MITACC provided the Risk Assessment and Basic Cost and Pricing Analysis training course to eighty (80) Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) personnel. This course is the second course of a four-part procurement series. This course is designed to strengthen the procurement practices of transit authorities by improving their ability to perform cost and price analysis.
